AMR won the contract with FEMA for large event
emergency ambulance response for events like Hurricane Katrina.
Some of you may have seen the large caravan of ambulances and
other emergency vehicles sent by AMR to Texas for the most
recent call to service during those areas which had severe weather
conditions. Our dedicated employees who volunteered to go made
it back safe and sound. We thank them for their public service
to those in need.
